We provide training for drivers at all branches as well as company level. We have our own company trucks as well as owner or operator trucks leased for the transportation of vehicles. We hire drivers with over two years of experience, unless they have been through an accredited professional training program.»We also hire drivers that have experience, but have never transported autos before and if the candidate shows the right initiative to learn how to haul cars then our company will train them. We have a long process to train the drivers and they go through 40 – 45 days training program with our company's skilled and experienced trainers. This is an important step in the process of transporting our customer's autos in a safe manner.
Road transport is considered to be one of the cost effective and preferred modes of transport for both freight and passengers. Our company drivers are paid with a good salary and we also have performance and fuel bonuses for the drivers to earn extra money for doing excellent job. Our drivers are also rated on many different categories and also been rewarded on half yearly and yearly basis. We also have a full benefits package available for our drivers.
